Bone China porcelain
The kaolin, feldspar and quartz that are normally used for porcelain clay, are mixed with a minimum of 35% bone ash. This creates the strongest type of porcelain that exists and creates the specific ivory colour. Due to its composition, bone porcelain can be baked at a temperature of about 1250° C.
