Desert Sage Smudge Stick

 

Desert Sage is used in smudging rituals to remove negative energy from the home & from around your aura. 

Sage also promotes positive energy & relaxation. 

How to smudge: 

• Holding the smudge stick in your free hand, let the fire catch.
• Hold for about 30 seconds.
• With your other hand, hold the smudging bowl.
• Purify yourself by fanning the smoke all over your body.
• Walk around the room you want to cleanse.
• Go from corner to corner and let the smoke fill the room.
• Once the smoke has filled the room, open all the windows, to let the negative energy blow away.
